Puppy Foundations is a structured day program for early learning, neutrality, and healthy social development. Puppies get calm exposure to people, dogs, and new environments while learning basic obedience, boundaries, and leash skills.

Each day includes hands-on training, guided socialization, and exposure tailored to your puppy.

Recommended for puppies up to 6 months.

This program works for puppies who need guidance and structure, and for owners who want to build good habits early.

As puppies mature and get a solid foundation, they can move to our Board & Train program. That's where we introduce accountability at a distance and work toward real reliability.

Most owners hear that puppy classes are enough. Exposure matters, but who your puppy learns from matters just as much.

Puppies learn by watching and interacting with other dogs. When those experiences are mostly with other puppies who are also still learning, it can create rude behavior, poor boundaries, and confusion later.

Real socialization means learning from calm and balanced adult dogs who model appropriate behavior. It also means learning how to exist in the world without needing to be part of everything. Your puppy should be able to walk past a dog, sit near people, hang out at a park, and simply be neutral. Not every moment needs to turn into play.

That ability to co-exist builds emotional stability and prevents over-arousal from becoming a habit.
